In 2021, I trained with the Quest Institute, where I learned Cognitive Hypnotherapy to help people like you make real, lasting transformations. The methods I use have been tested and refined over the years, and the results speak for themselves.

One of the most compelling studies came from the Quest Institute itself. In 2011, they ran a study to evaluate the effectiveness of Cognitive Hypnotherapy for anxiety and depression. The results were remarkable: 71% of 118 clients felt they had fully recovered after just 4 sessions. That’s a recovery rate far higher than other commonly used therapies, like CBT, which reported a 42% recovery rate.
This research was published in the Mental Health Review Journal in 2015 and confirms what I’ve seen time and time again… the methods I use truly work.
