I believe in using methods that truly work. That’s why my approach is rooted in proven, effective techniques. I trained with the Quest Institute in 2021, learning Cognitive Hypnotherapy to help people make real changes in their lives.

I also took additional training in the Addiction Inside Out method. A powerful approach to understanding and transforming addictive behaviours.

The results speak for themselves. The Quest Institute ran a study in 2011 to see how effective Cognitive Hypnotherapy is for anxiety and depression. It was published in the Mental Health Review Journal in 2015, showing that 71% of 118 clients felt they recovered after just 4 sessions. This is much higher than the 42% recovery rate for other methods, like CBT.
